Iron Ladies in No Rush at Royal Portrush

Royal Portrush Golf Club in Northern Ireland is a 1929 Harry Colt links that hosted the Open Championship this year, the first time they have done so since 1951. The Dunluce course is unique to many links courses in this part of the world, as the routing follows several different directions instead of a simple out and back configuration. Golfers are therefore ensured a variety of views, terrain and wind directions due to Colt’s exceptional design.

This round was the first of four (4) that the indomitable ladies of Iron Lady Golf played during their trip to Ireland, and we were really looking forward to seeing the results. As subsequent posts will show, the photographers all did a phenomenal job, capturing the fun, scenery and action, thereby ensuring the golfer’s memories will be preserved and their stories of this amazing trip will come to life!

We'd like to thank Tzipora Jeppesen and Lindsey Knowlton for the opportunity to document these rounds for Iron Lady Golf. We hope you all enjoy the photos and videos as much as we did!
